To use Hangar Direct, you must create an account on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information, including your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update that information as necessary.

If you are a hangar owner, you may list your available space for rent on Hangar Direct. You must provide accurate and complete information about the hangar space, including the location, size, and availability. You are responsible for ensuring that your hangar space is in good condition and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
If you are a renter, you may browse available hangars on the platform and book them for specific dates. You must provide accurate and complete information about your planned use of the hangar space, including the type and size of your aircraft, as well as any other requirements.
Hangar Direct charges a service fee for each booking made through the platform. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount and is subject to change at any time. Hangar owners receive the rental fee for their space, less any applicable taxes and the Hangar Direct service fee.
Renters must provide valid payment information and authorize Hangar Direct to charge their payment method for the total booking amount, including any applicable taxes and the Hangar Direct service fee.
Both hangar owners and renters may cancel a booking at any time, subject to the cancellation policy selected by the hangar owner. Hangar Direct provides options for hangar owners to set their own cancellation policies, which may be strict or flexible. If a booking is canceled, Hangar Direct will refund any applicable fees in accordance with the chosen cancellation policy.
You agree to use Hangar Direct only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not use the platform to infringe on the rights of others, engage in illegal activities, or transmit harmful or offensive content. Disputes and Liability
Hangar Direct is not a party to any rental agreement between hangar owners and renters. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of the hangar space listed on the platform. If you have a dispute with another user, you agree to resolve it directly with that user. Hangar Direct will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
Hangar Direct may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. Termination
Hangar Direct may terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to Hangar Direct.
