New construction - 80x104 full service community hangar

Bentonville has been sold out of hangar space for years, but this new facility will be ready for occupancy starting in Spring 2026. 

We are offering a limited number of spots in our 80x104 premium, climate-controlled community hangar designed specifically for active owner-pilots and corporate flight departments. With a 74'x20' tall hydraulic door, we can accommodate many types of aircraft. We combine the flexibility of community storage with the white-glove service of a private FBO. You fly; we handle the rest.

• Full-Service Handling: No more moving other tenants’ aircraft. Our professional FBO staff handles all towing and staging.
• App-Based Scheduling: Use the Airfield Logic app to request your aircraft. Tell us when you’re wheels-up (8+ hours notice preferred), and we’ll have your bird pulled out, staged on the ramp, and ready to go.
• 24/7 Access: Secure keypad access to the hangar and the gated ramp, day or night.

• Live Camera Access: Miss your plane? Log in from home 24/7 to view live security feeds of the hangar interior and ramp.
• Secure Facility: Fully gated ramp access and monitored premises.
• Limited Access: Only approved tenants and staff have floor access.

💲 Fair "Footprint" Pricing We don’t believe in "one size fits all" pricing. You only pay for the space you use.

• Rate: $1.45 per sq. ft. / month.
• The Math: (Wingspan × Length) × $1.45.
• The Bonus: We round the total DOWN to the nearest $100.

(Example: A standard Cirrus SR22 is approx. 38' x 26' = 988 sq. ft. × 1.45 = $1,432. We round down to $1,400/mo).

📝 The Terms

• Lease Term: 12 Months (renews month-to-month).
• Flexibility: Cancel anytime with 90 days' notice.
• Insurability: We require standard liability coverage ($1M Piston / $5M Turbine) and Hull coverage.
