This hangar was built with the intention of providing a space to store your airplane at MTJ with ease and addressing any needs you may have before or after your flight. Clear Span Door of 54’ x 18’.  This FAA grant assured regional airport has full services through Atlantic Aviation FBO including 100LL and Jet-A. There is a restroom minimally ADA sized so as not take up anymore valuable floor space than required. While gone, you can also store your vehicle securely locked within the hangar behind the airport’s security gate. Before your flight, you can, with a Wi-Fi connection, make certain your airplane is pre-heated appropriately in this well insulated hangar with Detroit Infrared tube heaters controlled through a Honeywell Wi-Fi enable thermostat. If you want to work on your airplane in an amazing shop, you can modify this building to accommodate that! If you want to instead, create a relaxing, aviation lounge for yourself and guests before and after flights, you can do that too! If you just want to store your airplane and not have to do anything more, this building will also accommodate that desire very well! If this size does not accommodate your needs, there will also be a 70' x 70' x 24' hangar with 62' x 20' clear span door available shortly.
