60' x 50' hanger with clear span 50' x 12'6" folding door. Sidewalls are 16' and entire hanger is spray foamed and painted for a neat, clean look.

Main hanger has a 5 ton HVAC system in it so you can use it during the summer and winter.

Epoxy floor for keeping things clean and tidy.

Side room is 12' x 25' and has a little kitchenette in it and a lounge area with its own HVAC system. We plan to add on to this space to create a study/office and a bathroom/utility room area.

Great for storing several planes or having as a club house.
