Adding Hangars and Tie-Downs
Leases attach to your hangar inventory, the sitemap draws from it, and the marketplace lists it, so keeping it accurate matters. This guide covers adding a single hangar or tie-down, generating an entire row of T-hangars at once, editing in bulk, and how marketplace listing statuses work. Listing on the marketplace is free and unlimited on every plan.
Adding one hangar or tie-down
In the operator platform, open your location's Hangars page ("Manage Your Hangar Inventory") and click Add hangar. The first question is What are you adding? Choose One listing, then pick Hangar or Tie Down Space.
The flow then walks through:
- Address and drawing the map boundary.
- Title and description (an AI enhance option can polish your description).
- Dimensions, including door width and height (or tie-down capacity for tie-down spaces).
- Pricing: shared per-square-foot or the entire space; nightly, monthly, or for-sale.
- Amenities and photos.
- Check-in instructions and property rules.
- List Your Hangar on the Marketplace? This is optional, and you can list later.
- SMS updates and terms.
Anything you start but do not finish shows up under Unfinished setup (N) on the Hangars page, so drafts are not lost.
Generating a row of T-hangars
For a full row of T-hangars, choose A row of T-Hangars instead of One listing. You draw the row directly on satellite imagery, then configure the generator: the number of units, a naming prefix and starting number, back-to-back rows, flip orientation, and the unit dimensions. Shared pricing, amenities, photos, and check-in instructions apply across the row, and a final Review & publish step creates all the units at once.
Table View and Sitemap View
The Hangars page has two views you can toggle between: Table View and Sitemap View. The sitemap is a satellite map of your facility where you draw hangar and tie-down boundaries, assign hangars to them, and run the T-Hangar Generator. A color-coded legend explains the map. (Sitemap View is hidden for standalone locations, which have no map boundary.)
Each hangar can also have blocked dates for maintenance or other unavailability.
Editing in bulk
Click Edit table on the Hangars page to switch into inline editing, where changes apply instantly as you type. Select multiple rows and a bulk action bar appears with: Set field, Photos, Amenities, List on marketplace, and Delete.
Bulk publishing shows "List {N} hangars on the marketplace". Trusted organizations publish instantly; otherwise the button reads "Submit {N} for review" and the listings go through the review pipeline.
Marketplace listing statuses
Every hangar carries a marketplace status pill: Listed, Not listed, or In review. The pill is a dropdown offering the valid transitions from the current state. When you edit a hangar that is already live, the edits go through review while the live listing stays up unchanged, so tenants never see a partially edited page.
Listing is free and unlimited on every plan.
