Waitlist Management

When all your hangars are occupied, pilots searching for space at your airport can join a waitlist through the platform. The waitlist maintains a documented queue with:

• The pilot's name, contact information, and aircraft details.
• The date they joined the waitlist.
• Their preferred hangar type or size requirements.
• Any notes or special requirements they have provided.

This replaces the informal lists, sticky notes, and email threads that most airports use today. Everything is centralized and searchable.

When a hangar becomes available, whether through a lease expiration, a tenant departure, or a cancellation, the system can automatically notify the next person on the waitlist. This eliminates the manual process of checking your list, looking up contact information, and making phone calls or sending emails.

Notifications include the relevant details about the available space so the pilot can respond quickly. If the first person on the list declines or does not respond, the system moves to the next.
