Multi-Location and Team Management

The platform's organization structure supports operating hangars at more than one airport, and with more than one person. One organization holds all your locations, a single switcher moves you between them, and Team & Access controls who can see and do what at each scope.

Organization view vs location view

One switcher sits at the top of the sidebar: your org logo and business name, with a second line showing your current scope. It reads "All locations" when you are in organization view, or an airport-code chip (e.g. KTOU) plus the facility name when you are inside a location.

Click it to open the "Organizations" card listing every organization you belong to ("View all" shows the full list); hover or click an org to see its "Locations" card, each with its airport chip, name, and address, and a check mark on the active one. Click the org for the roll-up view, or a location for that facility's dashboard.

What lives at each scope

Organization pages are roll-ups across all your locations: Dashboard, Locations, Hangars, Leads, Leases, Waitlist, Tenants, Chat Overview, Payments, Wallet, and Payouts. The Payments page in org view adds an all-locations dropdown for comparing facilities.

Location pages are where day-to-day operations happen: Dashboard, Hangars, Sitemap, Leads, Leases, Schedule, Waitlist, Payments, Wallet, Payouts, Messenger, Compliance, and Tenants. Add facilities under Locations → Add New Location, choosing between operating locations ("At one airport or field", one per airport, with a mapped boundary) and standalone addresses.

Inviting your team

Team & Access exists at both scopes: Settings → Organization → Team & Access, and Settings → Location → Team & Access. Click Invite New User, enter their Name, Email, and Role, add an optional personal message, and click Send Invitation.

The scope you invite at determines their reach. Organization-scope roles see everything across all locations, while location-scope roles are limited to that one facility, which suits an on-site manager who should not see your other airports. Manage User Access on the same page lets you change roles, remove members, and resend pending invites. Business Details remains owners-only.

Audit trails: what's recorded

Key operational actions leave a record:

  • Waitlist activity: every entry action, with required reasons for priority and position changes
  • Lease change history: modifications to lease records
  • Hangar transfer history: spaces moving between assignments
  • Compliance waiver records: every waived gap with its reason
  • Wallet ledger: the money trail from hold to payout

These records cover the areas where disputes are most common (queue fairness, lease terms, and money), which lets multiple people work the same facility while keeping a clear history of who did what.

Staying on top of conversations

Each location has its own Messenger, a two-pane inbox with attachments, read receipts, and a Bulk Message dialog for sending announcements to many tenants at once. At the organization level, Chat Overview gathers every conversation across locations, with a stats grid (response rate, average response time) and All/Unread tabs. This makes it easier to keep up with conversations at facilities you do not visit daily.

Tip: the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) searches globally and offers quick actions from anywhere: Add Lease, Import Waitlist, Create Hangar, and Add Location.
