Multi-Location and Team Management
If you manage hangars across multiple airports or FBO locations, Hangar Direct gives you a single platform to oversee all of them. Role-based permissions, organization-wide reporting, and complete audit logs keep your team coordinated and accountable without requiring everyone to have access to everything.
1 - Multi-Location Support
Manage every location from one account:
- Unified dashboard: See tenant compliance, lease status, and vacancy data across all locations in one view.
- Location-specific views: Drill down into any single location to see its tenants, hangars, and compliance status independently.
- Standardized processes: Apply consistent compliance requirements, document templates, and workflows across all locations while allowing for location-specific rules where needed.
- Cross-location reporting: Generate reports that cover your entire operation or compare performance between locations.
2 - Role-Based Permissions
Not everyone on your team needs access to everything. Hangar Direct supports role-based permissions so each staff member sees only what they need:
- Organization-level admins: Full visibility across all locations, tenants, and settings. Can manage team members and configure system-wide rules.
- Location managers: Full access to their assigned location(s) but cannot see or modify other locations.
- Staff members: Limited access based on their role. For example, a front-desk employee might be able to view tenant records and send reminders but not modify lease terms or access financial reports.
Permissions can be adjusted at any time as roles change or your team grows.
3 - Audit Logs
Every action on the platform is logged with a timestamp and the team member who performed it:
- Document uploads and status changes.
- Lease modifications, renewals, and terminations.
- Reminders sent and tenant communications.
- Permission changes and admin actions.
This audit trail provides full accountability for your team and a complete record for FAA compliance reviews, internal audits, or dispute resolution. When a question comes up about who did what and when, the answer is in the log.
4 - Built-In Messaging
Communicate with tenants directly through the platform. Messages are tied to the tenant's record, so your team can see the full communication history regardless of who sent the original message. This eliminates the problem of critical tenant communications living in one person's email inbox.
