Reporting and Analytics
The platform gives you two reporting tools: dashboards that answer common operational questions, and CSV exports of the underlying records for use in spreadsheets or other systems. This article covers what's available and where to find it.
Dashboards
Each location's Dashboard shows KPIs for hangars, leases, waitlist, monthly activity, lost revenue per day, and pending leads, plus a 90-day occupancy chart. The organization Dashboard rolls the same signals up across all your locations, which lets a portfolio operator spot a facility that needs attention without opening each one.
Lease Insights
Lease Insights tracks your pipeline: leases created, accepted, signed, and paid; how many converted from the waitlist and how many from leads; breakdowns by location; and the overall status mix. Windows run from 7 days out to 6 months, which is useful for checking whether a quarter's conversion is trending up or down.
Money: earnings, payments, and payouts
The Payments Overview tab charts your earnings trend and an income-breakdown donut, alongside outstanding balances. The Wallet shows your balance pipeline (on hold / available / pending / paid out), and Payouts adds payout history with KPIs.
Also tracked: signature-credit usage (a chart under Settings → Signature Credits) and messenger responsiveness (the org-level Chat Overview shows your response rate and average response time).
CSV exports
The following records export to CSV directly from their pages:
- Payment transactions (Payments → Transactions)
- Refunds
- Payouts
- Leases (the Leases table's Export button)
- Leads
- Waitlist entries (the Waitlist page's Export button)
Tenants can export their own payment history from their side too, which reduces requests for records. Lease agreements themselves generate as PDFs.
Current limitations
There is no custom report builder or pre-formatted report library. Reporting today is the dashboards above plus CSV exports you can shape in a spreadsheet. For an FAA-adjacent review or a board packet, a practical approach is to screenshot or reference the dashboard KPIs and occupancy chart, and attach the relevant CSV exports (leases, payments, waitlist) as the supporting records.
If there is a report you need that this doesn't cover, tell us. Requests like these directly shape what we build next.
