The platform includes reports for the most common needs in hangar management:

• Compliance summary: Overall compliance rate, breakdown by status (valid, expiring, expired, missing), and tenant-level detail. Useful for board meetings and insurance reviews.
• Vacancy report: Which hangars are empty, how long they have been vacant, and the estimated revenue impact. Helps identify utilization gaps.

• Tenant roster: Complete list of tenants with their aircraft, hangar assignments, lease terms, and compliance status.

Every report can be exported for use outside the platform. Common use cases include:

Beyond point-in-time snapshots, the platform tracks how your compliance rates change over time. This lets you:
